About us.

C&N Building Services Limited has over 30 years’ experience in the building services industry. Based in Bexleyheath, South East London, our team works throughout most of the London boroughs and in the surrounding counties of Kent and Sussex.

We are a close-knit family team consisting of Nick Fulco, Biagio Fulco and Claire Fulco-Wood who manage C&N’s customer projects, our office and customer liaison. 

Our building team comprises 20 multi-skilled people who are focused on completing our projects to meet the expectations of our customers.

As a family-run business we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service excellence.  The majority of our project work comes from recommendations and we enjoy long term relationships with many of our customers.
